Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of CIBPA will be held at The Columbus Centre, 901 Lawrence Avenue West on Tuesday, May 21 at 6:30pm to transact the following business:
As Ordinary Business:
- Resolution 1: To adopt the Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended on March 2024.
- Resolution 2: To elect governing board members of CIBPA under the relevant section of CIBPA's governing instrument.
The AGM is a free event and may only be attended by authorized members in good standing, and registration is mandatory. Please RSVP by Monday, May 20th.
