Nomination Guidelines:This award honours an individual who demonstrates outstanding achievement in the early years of his/her business or professional career and promises to be a major contributor to business and community initiatives.
The recipient of the 2024 NextGen Award will be honoured at the CIBPA Education Foundation Bursary and NextGen Awards on June 26th, 2024, at Speducci, located at 46 Milford Ave, North York, Ontario.
Criteria:The main criterion when considering the nomination of an individual is overall excellence. The recipient should be an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the community through their vision and leadership, social responsibility, environmental responsibility, employee relations, and cultural responsibility.
