NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Canadian Italian Business Professional Association of Toronto (CIBPA Toronto)

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Canadian Italian Business Professional Association of Toronto will be held at the Columbus Room, Columbus Centre, 901 Lawrence Avenue West, on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:30 pm, for the purpose to transact the following business:

As Ordinary Business:

  • Resolution 1: To approve the proposed amendments to the Constitution of CIBPA Toronto.
  • Resolution 2: To adopt the Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026.
  • Resolution 3: To ratify the slate of Governing Board Members of CIBPA Toronto, under the relevant section of CIBPA Toronto's governing instrument.
The AGM is a free event and is open only to authorized members in good standing. All outstanding charges and annual fees MUST be settled prior to attending. 
Registration is mandatory. Members are requested to RSVP by Friday, May 22, 2026.

The proposed slate shall be distributed to the members at least fifteen (15) days prior to the election meeting. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at the Annual General Meeting or submitted in writing to the Board of Directors not later than two (2) business days prior to the meeting.
