Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of CIBPA will be held at the Columbus Centre, 901 Lawrence Avenue West on Thursday, May 29 at 6:30pm to transact the following business:
As Ordinary Business:
- Resolution 1: To adopt the Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended on March 2025.
- Resolution 2: To ratify the slate of Governing Board Members of CIBPA, under the relevant section of CIBPA's governing instrument.
The AGM is a free event and is open only to authorized members in good standing. All outstanding charges and annual fees MUST be settled prior to attending.
