This year will feature a dynamic panel of inspiring women sharing their stories and insights on women's health care. Like flowers that bloom in adversity, these women embody strength, adaptability and the beauty of collective empowerment in an industry that has historically been male-dominated and where women's health has been overlooked. 

Funds raised through this event will allow the CIBPA to provide leadership, learning and networking opportunities for its members and will help support  dedicated to promoting educational opportunities and scholarships for students through the CIBPA Education Foundation and Italia360, our incubator program tailored to support individuals with Italian heritage, first-generation Canadians, and newcomers to Canada, offering an unparalleled opportunity for students to develop a business under the guidance of industry leaders and innovators.
